I am a qualified hypno-psychotherapist and counsellor. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, the National Council of Psychotherapists  and the General Hypnotherapy Register (General Hypnotherapy Standards Council).

Voluntary work has included the role of befriender for Crisis at Christmas, working on a ward at Trinity Hospice, teaching Adult Literacy in South-West London and administrative/practical duties for one of the major London teaching hospitals.

I am qualified primarily as an integrative therapist, but I hope that an interest in other models of talking therapy adds a creative and interesting approach to the sessions.

Alongside my private practice, I am also a part-time tutor for the Contemporary College of Therapeutic Studies in London, which I really enjoy: I am also currently working towards expanding my teaching role in Cornwall.

My studies continue within other theoretical approaches to "talking therapy", as well as attending workshops, developmetal master classes and seminars, and I am in the process of applying for accredited status with the British Associatin for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

My Cornwall practice is based both at home and (primarily for counselling and psychotherapy) at the well-known St George's Natural Therapy Centre in Truro.
